To make epe baby play mat,there will use five machines,the first step,to use EPE Foam Machine to make epe foam rolls first,and then use laminating extruding machine to laminate PE film on the surface of epe foam sheet,the third step,to use bonding machine to bond 2 layers of laminated foams togather so that you will get the foam rolls with double side laminated.After that,will use the Cutting Machine to cut the foam rolls into sheet,the last step,use sewing machine to cover the edge of the mat,then the baby mat is finished.For the waste epe foam materials,you can use EPE Recycling Machine to make them into granuels and used to make epe foam again.
